Astronomy enthusiasts and local residents were in for a treat last Wednesday night. A rare “Super Blue Moon” that won’t be seen again for more than a decade occurred.

Supermoons occur when the Moon passes through its perigee or the point that takes it closest to Earth during its elliptical orbit.

The blue moon of August 2023 was poised to be a time of transformation and spiritual growth. This celestial occurrence carried a unique vibrational frequency due to its alignment with the Pisces zodiac sign.
