City to host Pinney Pool Town Hall March 7

City of Ridgecrest Ron Strand City Manager–

Many of you are aware of or participated in The Ridgecrest Community Conversation last year. If you are one of the over 1,000 residents that participated – thank you again.

As part of this critical feedback, 95% of residents told us one of their top priorities is to rebuild our community swimming pool. Nearly 72% of Ridgecrest residents need access to a swimming pool.

We are listening. As usual, we want to expand community engagement and discuss priorities for our swimming pool. This is why we are planning a couple of community conversations and want to hear from you.

Please join us at the Quality of Life Committee meeting on Tuesday, March 7th, at 5:30 pm in the City Council Chambers (100 W. California Ave.) for a Town Hall to discuss the design of the community pool. As for all committee meetings, there will also be an opportunity to participate virtually via online streaming and call-in options listed on the Quality of Life Committee agenda, accessible here. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or comments you may have in the meantime by contacting Isabel Medina at . We are looking forward to hearing your feedback and continuing to keep you updated on this important community conversation.
