Upon arrival, Officers contacted the reporting party who stated he had an altercation with a female subject he was not willing to provide the name of at the time. While attempting to determine the true nature of the call for service, a witness came forth and advised the Officers a female subject had run southbound through the park with a firearm towards the north side of Saint Ann’s School. The witness also advised the female shot the firearm up into the air while on the south side of the park.

Officers contacted Amanda Dollman seated on a porch at which time they began to question her.
