HSUMD will host its Open Mic Night. Show Ridgecrest what you’ve got, or listen to everyone else with friends and family.
The doors open at 6:30 PM, and the music starts at 7:00 p.m. tonight, March 10, at the Historic USO Building. Our thrifty “Super Star Snack Bar” features jumbo “Crumville” Dogs, cold beer, wine, soft drinks, fresh hot popcorn, and various candy treats. It’s a great way to have fun for only a little cash. The Society’s March meeting on Tuesday, March 21, will feature local school historian Bruce Auld at 7:00 P.M. He will speak on the history of Burroughs High School and its illustrious alums.
He will present an overview of his recently published book “The Burros Book, A History of Sherman E. Burroughs High School, The Mighty Burros.”
