The Library is delighted to add weekday and Saturday hours to three East Kern libraries beginning the week of November 7, 2022.
Kern River Valley Branch
Wednesday: 11am-7pm
Thursday: 11am-7pm
Friday: 11am-6pm
Saturday: 10am-4pm
Ridgecrest Branch
Tuesday: 11am-7pm
Wednesday: 11am-7pm
Thursday: 11am-7pm
Friday: 1am-6pm
Saturday: 10am-4pm
Tehachapi Branch
Tuesday: 11am-7pm

“The ability to expand hours and days at three of our East Kern libraries is an example of our department’s commitment to listening to patrons in our rural communities and providing more opportunity for them to access and use library services with more hours and days of opening. We are working on expanding days and hours of opening at other countywide library locations too,” says Andie Sullivan, Director of Libraries.
