Frank was born on January 16, 1939, in Norfolk, VA. He graduated in 1960 from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He worked as a Chemical Engineer specializing in rocket propellants for NAWCWD where he retired after 42 years. Frank was well-known for his role and for having an innovative and creative mind. The inventions he created in his position were awarded throughout his career.

Frank loved the Lord and spread his good word. He was the President of the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International.

Frank’s creative and innovative mind showed in his personal life as well. He loved projects that allowed him to take various items apart. He would explore the objects, find how they worked, and how they could be improved, and put them back together again.  He found joy in remote-controlled airplanes, building ships that shot off bottle rockets, and creating real-life Disney scenes for his grandchildren to use during their playtime.

Frank was a beloved husband, father, papa, friend, and colleague. Frank will be remembered as the pillar of his family – providing love, comfort, and security whenever needed.
