“We believe the Indian Wells Valley Groundwater Authority’s (IWVGA) determination that Mojave Pistachios gets zero allocation of Basin groundwater violates both state and federal law. This is an interim ruling by the Orange County Superior Court, and we are evaluating all avenues to ensure that the IWVGA is held accountable to uphold its duties under the law. The Court did agree to certify issues for resolution by the court of appeal, and we remain committed to pursuing a solution that encompasses all water rights holders.”
