News Review endorses Ken Weir as a write-in candidate for the 32nd Assembly seat

The News Review is endorsing Ken Weir as a write-in candidate for the 32nd Assembly seat.

While officials did not remove Vince Fong’s name from the Assembly ballot he sought before Kevin McCarthy’s retirement,  Vince is no longer seeking the Assembly office.

Ken Weir is entering the Campaign asking voters to write in his name on the 32nd Assembly ballot so he can achieve the votes to continue on to the General Election in November.

Weir’s business career has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), working in his own firm for 20 years.  He is deeply experienced in California and Federal Tax law and is sensitive to how punitive many laws are on taxpayers.

He states that his priority is to work side by side with State Senator Shannon Grove and others in the Legislature that will continue to negatively affect California’s sustainability as a place to raise a family with a good-paying job.

We are encouraging voters to write in Ken Weir for the 32nd Assembly seat.
