Realtor Clint Freeman opens RidgecrestCAHomes office

Ridgecrest CA Homes Clint Freeman–

A new local real estate office is running with a veteran realtor behind it. Clint Freeman, formerly with Coldwell Banker Best Realty, has opened the doors to his new office, RidgecrestCaHomes.

Clint received his broker license in 2012 and began his real estate career at Coldwell Banker Best Realty in 2003. “Coldwell was a great learning experience over the years. I am thankful I could be mentored with the best local real estate offers. Bernie Connolly, Kathy Vejtasa, and the Patins made it an exceptional experience. However, 2023 presents new opportunities that have opened up for me.”

Clint plans to offer the same exceptional service of honesty, integrity, and loyalty with every transaction he is involved in.

Clint adds, “I tell buyers and sellers, I don’t sell homes. I am selling a great experience! And I want you to have one while being associated with me.”

Clint’s career isn’t limited to home sales; he also covers land and commercial properties. He is also well-versed in new home construction and development.

Clint regularly studies local housing market data and then summarizes the statistics in a monthly news column for the News Review and the Daily Independent. Many readers rely on his column to keep them up-to-date with the pace of local real estate.  He has also been a featured speaker at past IWV Economic Outlook Conferences.

Clint is a Certified Residential Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert. He has consistently been a top-producing list and sales agent in the valley over the past 19 ½ years. And he has also received other awards of excellence during his career.

His signature phrase, “On time and top of it,” is lived out daily in his work. Clint seeks to fulfill the needs of sellers and buyers, and it is his mission to be proactive with any issues that arise.

In the ‘80s and ‘90s, Clint lived in Tokyo, Japan, where he assisted in producing some of the greatest living legends of contemporary jazz and popular music for stage, television, and radio. Interestingly, the techniques used to promote top recording artists and concert events successfully are some of the same ones that sell houses.

While in Japan, Clint earned two bachelor’s degrees: one in Human Behavior from Newport University Tokyo and another from Nichibei Japanese Language School. He also holds a Master of Ministry degree from Simpson University in Redding, California, and has ministered in Japan and Iowa.

Clint grew up in Ridgecrest, played with the Burroughs Jazz Band in 1973-74, and graduated from BHS in 1974.  He returned to Ridgecrest in 2002 and lives with his wife, Joanne.  I have opened my own office. My email address has changed.
