Sabaa Tahir’s All My Rage garners more awards

By Bruce Auld, News Review Staff Writer– “I grew up in a motel. I grew up in the Mojave Desert. I relate to some of the things these characters are experiencing, particularly their journeys, but it is not an autobiographical book.

I hope readers will be emersed in this place that reminds me of where I grew up.” (Sabaa Tahir March 24, 2022)

All My Rage is a New York Times and Indie best seller. Sabaa won the Boston Globe-Horn Book Award, the 2022 National Book Award for Young People’s Literature, and the Michael L. Printz Award. Sabaa was recently a guest at the White House. “The gardens were beautiful, the food good, and the speeches not too long.”
