At approximately 7:06 AM, September 27, it was reported that a two-vehicle, head-on traffic collision had occurred at the intersection of North Norma Street and West Drummond Avenue. Kern County Firefighters Liberty Ambulance and Ridgecrest Police Officers were dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, they encountered a two-vehicle accident with one vehicle on its side. Reports show two patients, neither trapped in a vehicle nor ejected, on the scene (the patient’s condition was not listed in any KCFD report outside of the private medical report). Liberty Ambulance transported the victims to the Ridgecrest Regional Hospital for treatment.
